Key Responsibilities

•Complete all required training within a specified time frame and consistently achieve passing scores on all training courses
•Quickly pivot from training to overflow team to support work based on volume and client needs
•Develop knowledge of client servicing applications and online tools used in servicing
•Execute client account servicing activities as requested by partners within appropriate time frames
•Review and maintain client records on servicing systems, ensuring documentation is collected and imaged while adhering to guidelines

Salary: USD 43,200 - 64,800 annually
