Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining records and proper handling of assigned funds. Deliver a high-quality client experience, educating customers on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Participate in outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities to identify needs, support account openings, and refer or fulfill client opportunities. Adhere to internal controls, risk policies, and ongoing training.
