Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and supporting channels, driving full-funnel performance across three verticals
•Translate the broader full-funnel campaign strategy into paid social campaign architecture, creative requirements, and measurement with dedicated budgets and KPIs at each funnel stage
•Manage daily campaign operations and optimization, including audience research, ad copy/creative iteration, bid strategy, exclusion management, and testing of advanced tactics
•Be the creative quality bar for paid social, partnering with brand/creative teams to ensure assets are on-brand and performant
•Develop and execute a continuous testing framework, running A/B tests across creative, audiences, placements, and landing pages to drive incremental gains

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,000 - 125,000 annually

•Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline at scale through paid social with measurable ROI improvements
•Strong creative sensibility with ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creative across formats and collaborate with brand/creative teams
•Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets, Sigma, or SQL to identify trends at every funnel stage
