Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the AI strategy, roadmap, and use cases aligned to business priorities
•Design and build AI-enabled solutions (LLMs, AI agents, automation, integrations)
•Integrate AI into enterprise systems and workflows
•Establish scalable architectures, standards, and engineering best practices
•Lead hands-on development of POCs and production-ready solutions

Key Requirements

•10+ years in software engineering with a track record of building scalable applications
•Proven experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
•Experience integrating AI into existing systems and business workflows
•Strong programming skills (Python) with APIs and microservices
•Ability to lead technical direction and mentor teams
