Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate across Finance to support the integrity of financial results, controls, and procedures, assisting with reporting and analysis for additional constituencies.
  • •Produce financial analysis and reporting using foundational-to-intermediate finance/accounting knowledge, deepening understanding of business concepts and financial drivers.
  • •Compile and review timely, accurate reporting on financial performance and strategy, including forecasts, variance analysis, cash flow analysis, and visualizations for key results.
  • •Support problem-solving of increasing complexity by applying analytical frameworks and best practices, escalating and collaborating as appropriate, and drafting materials for senior review.
  • •Support monthly close, forecasting, and annual planning by reviewing outputs for accuracy and reasonableness and assisting with analyses, documentation, and economic/financial model development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent education/training).
  • •0–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, analytics, or a related field (including internships/rotational programs/project work).
  • •Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and work independently while considering broader implications and identifying when additional analysis is needed.
