Job Summary

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to own HR and recruiting operations, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee support. You’ll ensure compliance, maintain organized HR processes, and deliver a positive employee experience in a fast-paced environment with US labor law awareness and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
•Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
•Support internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications.
•Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well-documented HR environment.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 18,000 - 25,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers, ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
•Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
•Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies.
•Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
•Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus.
