Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects/programs, including creation of risk management plans and processes aligned to client requirements.
  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points, manage risk cost profiling, and monitor remaining risk budget for timely drawdown or retirement.
  • •Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments (QCRA & QSRA) to inform project contingency levels and advise on risk responses.
  • •Integrate the risk management function with program and project controls teams, including touchpoints to cost/schedule management, change control, and reporting.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, delay recovery measures, and final accounts settlement with contractors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction risk/construction project environments.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification and facilitation techniques, plus strong communication and analytical/negotiation skills.
