Provide day-to-day operational support for live-action creative live content projects, including building and maintaining trackers, schedules, and documentation to keep updates accurate and timely. Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day operational support across live content projects.
•Create and maintain internal trackers, schedules, and project documentation with accurate, timely updates.
•Track incoming materials, proposals, and partner communications, and support team meetings through scheduling, materials prep, and documentation of discussions and follow-ups.
•Coordinate information sharing across global, regional, and local cross-functional teams (Production, Marketing, PR, Legal, Finance) and address incoming requests.
•Coordinate with external production partners and vendors on logistics, deadlines, and delivery requirements, including assisting with on-site logistics during live productions as needed.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of experience as a producer or assistant producer for unscripted content; live content background is a plus.
•Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects.
•Proactive, independent, and reliable in a fast-moving environment with the ability to work without close direction.
•Strong judgment and critical thinking to assess when to act and when to escalate.
•Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
