Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage high-complexity supervision projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and on budget while leading team management, schedule/cost control, quality, HSSE, and risk management.
  • •Coordinate with client counterparts to finalize project commencement orders and manage client relations, including expectations, progress updates, and responses to technical/contractual clarifications.
  • •Support proposals by providing input on delivery costs and margins, reviewing technical/commercial submissions, and contributing to project/contract risk input as needed.
  • •Lead project kickoff meetings, align stakeholders, and review/approve contractor work programs, QA/QC plans, HSSE plans, risk management plans, and contractor testing/commissioning plans.
  • •Oversee inspections, materials testing, as-built/O&M/warranty delivery, final inspections and snags, defects liability re-inspections, take-over and final account documentation, and review contractor payment certificates/unit rates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •15+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering and Planning in a regional/multinational consultancy, with deep construction supervision expertise.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction supervision services and international engineering standards/codes, plus local rules and regulations.
  • •Excellent project management, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage supervision teams and client relationships.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English (PMP and Chartered Professional Engineering certification are preferred).
