Job Summary

Creative Strategist responsible for developing data-informed creative strategy for clients, coordinating with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to ideate, brief, and guide execution on multi-brief projects within Mastercard’s Advisors Creative Desk. You’ll lead ideation sessions, stay ahead of market trends, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced marketing services environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop creative strategy for client projects that aligns to brand objectives and data-informed insights.
•Ensure smooth handover of creative strategy to Creative Director and brief the development team for execution.
•Co-lead creative ideation sessions with Creative Directors for high-impact projects and guide the creative team through completion.
•Support Creative Directors with smaller client project ideation sessions as needed.
•Manage multiple briefs and projects concurrently while aligning with Creative Desk Project Managers.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Creative Strategist, or Strategic Planner at a full-service creative agency.
•Proven senior level client management experience.
•Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market research, and competitive analysis.
•Adept at defining client briefs and presenting concepts back to clients, drawing on research and data.
•English language fluency a must.
