Lead and execute regional demand generation for the DACH market, owning pipeline and ARR targets. Drive regional GTM strategy across ABM, field marketing, and campaigns; partner with Sales/BDR to orchestrate GTM efforts, measure ROI, and optimize channel mix in a high-ownership, hands-on role within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Regional Pipeline & ARR Targets and align with Sales to translate global strategy into a regional plan.
•Define and execute the regional demand strategy across ABM, field marketing, and campaigns to be ICP-focused and measurable in pipeline impact.
•Act as the GTM orchestrator for DACH by coordinating with Regional Sales & BDRs on target accounts and priorities.
•Plan and run events, build and launch campaigns, and write messaging and landing page content to enable end-to-end execution.
•Drive ABM and upmarket motion with high-touch engagement strategies and account-specific activations, partnering with Sales and BDRs.
