Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the regional partner revenue target and build, track, and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR.
  • •Run co-sell motions between field sales and regional partners (resellers, SIs, MSSPs, technology alliances, and cloud partners) to land new logos and shorten sales cycles.
  • •Turn one-off partner deals into repeatable revenue channels via account mapping, joint business planning, and regular pipeline reviews.
  • •Partner with executive, marketing, product, and sales teams to build joint value propositions that help partners lead with 7AI.
  • •Identify regional opportunities where partners provide scale, local trust, and faster deployment; advocate for partners and represent 7AI across the ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in business development or alliances at a high-growth tech startup, with a track record of meeting/exceeding multi-million-dollar co-sell or channel quotas.
  • •Established GTM partner relationships across the Mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes you can leverage from day one.
  • •Experience building partnership frameworks that move from 1-to-1 selling to a 1-to-many ecosystem model.
  • •Strong understanding of ISVs, cloud economics, and partner business models, including aligning partner incentives with business growth.
  • •Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; able to execute with operational discipline and analytical partnership strategy.
