Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership across Serco’s environmental services portfolio (cleaning, laundry and waste) throughout the ASPAC region.
  • •Drive operational consistency, service excellence, and compliance across cleaning, waste, and laundry services.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance, quality, and efficiency with operational teams.
  • •Implement standardised procedures, systems, and service delivery frameworks across contracts where they add value.
  • •Support mobilisation activities, business growth opportunities, and tender submissions, and develop workforce capability through coaching and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant leadership experience across cleaning services, waste management, and laundry, including hygiene standards and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience leading operational improvements and standardisation initiatives across multiple sites or contracts.
  • •Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes in complex matrix environments.
  • •Proven experience of bidding and mobilisation of new contracts, ideally to government clients.
  • •Strong understanding of systems and Government frameworks supporting environmental services, health and safety, and quality management.
