Key Responsibilities

•Provide one-on-one coaching to relationship managers, translating knowledge into practical skills and improving insurance sales capabilities.
•Train RM on full sales process, including phone appointments, KYC, policy review, case solution and closing.
•Assist in customer events: pre-event preparation, on-site support and post-event evaluation/follow-up.
•Support RM in diagnosing client needs, designing tailored solutions and prepping for client meetings through role-play and rehearsals.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise distribution channel empowerment and ensure compliance review and risk controls are followed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in insurance or financial services sales or related role
•Experience coaching sales teams and translating knowledge into practical skills
•Strong knowledge of KYC, policy review and sales process execution
•Ability to train and motivate Relationship Managers, design tailored client solutions
•Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance in operations
