Job Summary

Lead tender (bid) activities throughout the proposal cycle, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver competitive, deadline-driven contractual proposals. Drive the preparation of key offer documents (BCD, characterization sheets, pricing and treasury tables, risk register, compliance matrix, and executive summaries), validate winning offer strategies with Commercial/Capture leaders, and ensure terms and conditions align with treasury and negotiation mandates for smooth transition to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively manage a multidisciplinary team to develop and submit winning contractual proposals within deadlines.
•Ensure timely delivery of internal offer documents, including BCD, characterization sheets, price & treasury tables, risk & opportunities register, compliance matrix, and Gate Executive Summary.
•Collaborate with Commercial/Capture leadership to develop and validate winning offer strategies for each tender/proposal.
•Collect and structure inputs from functional departments to maintain project-level consistency for the offer.
•Synthesize the offer/proposal using company processes and associated information systems, finalize contract terms and conditions, and support smooth transition to the Project Manager.

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•At least 3 years’ experience in project management, PMO, tendering, sales, procurement, pricing, or finance.
•Prior experience in financial analysis and modeling.
•Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in line with evolving priorities.
•Ability to guide a cross-functional team and present information effectively to clients, managers, and executives.
