Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage customs duty exemption programs, including eligibility, approvals, and renewals.
  • •Oversee import/export compliance operations (HS classification, valuation, licensing) and ensure accurate customs clearance documentation.
  • •Ensure compliance with Saudi Customs and relevant authorities, and develop/update trade compliance and duty exemption policies and procedures.
  • •Conduct internal audits, support external government audits, and investigate/report suspected customs or trade violations with corrective actions.
  • •Lead, train, and supervise the duty compliance team; collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with customs/free zone authorities and service providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, international business, business administration, computer science, engineering, or law.
  • •7–10 years of experience in customs and trade compliance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • •Hands-on experience with Saudi Customs’ FASAH platform and ZATCA systems.
  • •Knowledge of SASO/SABER and SFDA conformity programs (preferred).
  • •Professional certifications in trade compliance (strong plus).
