Associate Director, West Region - ADESA (Can live anywhere in MT or PT Time Zone)

Lead a regional ADESA team by providing senior, local auction leadership across ~10 sites and mentoring General Managers. Drive operational, sales, and financial performance through strategic planning, project prioritization, and data-driven problem solving. Partner cross-functionally to execute change management and build new processes or systems, while ensuring safety adherence. The role requires significant travel and reports to the Regional Director.
