Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a vehicle operations team by setting the cultural tone, recruiting/hiring, and using performance management.
  • •Resolve employee relations issues and ensure follow-through on directives, schedules, and operational communications.
  • •Drive business development by leading dealer consignment and commercial accounts to achieve maximum profitable sales volume.
  • •Support end-to-end customer solutions, act as the at-auction point person for customer needs, and resolve complaints.
  • •Execute operations with compliance and safety by monitoring facility conditions, ensuring legal/policy adherence, and maintaining agreements compliance.
