Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CEO on how to scale by building analysis and dashboards to drive decisions on growth, pricing, and resource allocation.
  • •Own end-to-end revenue operations across new business and renewals, unifying processes, systems, data, and planning behind sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • •Run leadership and company operational cadence as Chief of Staff, including meetings, priorities, and follow-through.
  • •Manage board meetings and board processes end-to-end, including scheduling, materials, minutes, consents, and administration.
  • •Own operational backbone across HR, IT, Legal, and FP&A by orchestrating external partners and ensuring strong systems and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,100 - 286,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strategy background plus 8 to 12+ years across strategy, operations, BizOps, or chief of staff roles, ideally in an early-stage company where you owned functions.
  • •Analytical horsepower with operator judgment: building revenue models, budgets, customer contracts, and pricing.
  • •Revenue operations experience, including building or running the GTM engine (CRM and revenue systems, sales/customer success process, pipeline forecasting, renewals).
  • •Board-level participation: preparing board materials and managing board processes with discretion.
  • •Executive-level presence, measured on plan delivery, with comfort handling compensation and legal matters in the CEO’s office.
