Job Summary

Develop and support scalable manufacturing test software that improves product quality, production readiness, and factory efficiency. Partner with product development, factory, quality, and external teams to design, implement, validate, and troubleshoot test solutions across system requirements. Create and deliver reliable manufacturing test packages, analyze test failures to identify root causes, and optimize throughput by reducing test cycle time. You’ll also contribute to new product introduction and sustaining programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and support manufacturing test solutions with product development and production teams to ensure product quality, performance, and manufacturability.
•Design, implement, and validate test software for new and existing products across mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, and system-level requirements.
•Support project execution, production readiness, and issue resolution with internal teams and external partners.
•Create, validate, and deliver reliable, cost-effective manufacturing test packages and provide training, documentation, and technical support.
•Analyze test failures, identify root causes, recommend improvements to test coverage and manufacturing quality, and optimize throughput by reducing test cycle time.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
•More than 7 years of relevant experience preferred.
•Strong programming fundamentals and interest in test automation, embedded systems, image processing, or AI/ML applications.
•Knowledge of software testing methodology, test plan execution, debugging, and automation tools.
•Ability to understand software, hardware, and system-level requirements and translate them into practical test solutions.
