Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leadership to forecast headcount needs, prioritize requisitions, and design talent strategies aligned to production schedules.
  • •Lead end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for logistics and manufacturing roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing candidates quickly.
  • •Serve as an SME for manufacturing hourly and salaried talent within large-scale manufacturing and logistics programs.
  • •Develop and execute targeted pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies and competitor market insights, and maintain onsite presence for hiring surges and events.
  • •Lead offer negotiations and deliver real-time recruitment analytics to track progress against hiring plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years equivalent direct experience in fast-paced environments hiring hourly and salaried roles in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or production.
  • •Experience managing requisitions across fast-scale organizations with focus on production timelines.
  • •Proficiency using ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and leveraging talent market intelligence tools.
  • •Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels in a high-pressure environment.
