Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor end-to-end production activities across assigned factories to ensure alignment with quality standards, timelines, and operational expectations.
  • •Assist with risk assessment and pre-production meetings by gathering relevant data, identifying risks, and recommending actions to protect product quality and performance.
  • •Support QM and QA efforts to drive SOP and specification adherence during mass production, including root cause analysis and CAP reviews for quality claims.
  • •Track and report core KPIs and manage timely escalations; resolve daily production issues such as material delays and low output.
  • •Collaborate with factory planning and partner teams to validate production schedules, support production start-up for high-risk styles, and assist with automation adoption and process changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • •Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production operations or technical roles.
  • •Experience working with overseas factories and multi-cultural factory management teams.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools.
  • •Fluent in English (additional languages such as Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin are a plus) and ability to travel extensively within the region.
