Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services in a remote-first healthcare tech environment. You will own operations and DevOps processes, work across Platform, product engineering, InfoSec, and IT, mentor peers, and drive resiliency and tooling improvements across EKS, EC2, and self-hosted CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the development and operation of Omada’s Platform Architecture & Infrastructure, building and scaling our platform piece by piece.
•Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and technical program managers to deliver solutions that improve team workflows and reliability.
•Manage highly available services in EKS clusters and on standalone EC2 hosts, with resiliency and cross-regional redundancy.
•Design and improve developer tooling and capabilities, including secrets management, automations, cloud environments, and access management.
•Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members and maintain our GitLab-based VCS and CI/CD infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of working experience designing and building diverse AWS cloud architectures.
•Experience building and operating a Kubernetes cluster.
•Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
•Experience working with Datadog application performance monitoring, custom metrics, and logs.
•Experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting persistent virtual Linux hosts and volumes.
