Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate data migration by extracting, transforming, mapping, cleansing, loading, and validating data into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central templates
  • •Manage and execute regression testing across SuccessFactors modules, coordinating test cycles with HR business users and People Systems sustainment teams
  • •Partner with Integrations to validate technical requirements and support development/modifications of interfaces
  • •Collaborate with People Systems sustainment teams to review and update configuration elements including business rules, workflows, dynamic RBPs, and approver logic
  • •Act as HR data steward for master data governance, participating in workshops, defining data standards, and driving adherence using Collibra

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 76,000 - 94,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or an equivalent field
  • •3-5 years of technical or data conversion experience
  • •SAP SuccessFactors experience, including Employee Central (EC)
