Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the agile backlog for assigned value stream(s), including user stories, defects, and research spikes.
  • •Contribute to the product roadmap and understand customer and market needs for the CAD product.
  • •Partner with Product Management and engineering teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria; refine and prioritize the backlog for release and sprint planning.
  • •Champion stakeholder needs through development to ensure delivered outcomes meet project goals and comply with the Definition of Done.
  • •Integrate generative and agentic AI utilities into the product lifecycle to accelerate documentation and automate repetitive SDLC tasks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •4+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, product ownership, product planning, product management, or engineering.
  • •Strong technical background to diagram architectures, spot integration risks, and discuss implementation choices with developers.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of software development methodologies, with a focus on leveraging AI to accelerate and improve the SDLC.
  • •Exceptional written communication to craft crisp, testable user stories aligned to business goals.
