Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the obligation register across federal agreements, updating it through contract mods
  • •Run the compliance calendar for training deadlines, certificates, notices/postings, and annual filings
  • •Administer federal portals and submissions for invoicing (including SAM, PIEE, and WAWF)
  • •Make applicability calls (thresholds, commercial-item carve-outs, and what reaches the company) based on contract terms
  • •Review flowdowns and subcontract/agency agreements before signature and coordinate clause interpretation with outside counsel

Key Requirements

  • •Federal contracts or subcontracts administration on the contractor side, with follow-through on obligations
  • •Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS, including flowdown matrices and applicability thresholds
  • •Experience building a register or compliance calendar (not just using one)
  • •Hands-on experience submitting into federal systems such as SAM, PIEE, and/or WAWF for invoicing
  • •Ability to work on a small, self-directed team; US person able to work with CUI
