•Identify and assess gaps across the governance lifecycle, from policy development to enforcement, using case investigations and root-cause analysis.

•Manage and track governance programs and action items to ensure timely execution and strengthened controls across key domains.
•Monitor performance of key governance metrics and conduct deep-dive analysis when necessary.
•Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy across GNE operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
•Professional experience in e-commerce governance, policy development, moderation operations, or related domains.
•Strong understanding of e-commerce compliance standards and internet governance with risk awareness.
•Intermediate data analysis skills, including working with datasets and Excel/spreadsheets.
•Advanced data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and/or Python.
