Key Responsibilities

  • •Build agent-forward onboarding UI where an agent teaches by doing inside the product experience.
  • •Turn a user inbox into a CRM experience using an unstructured-data pipeline to surface deals and contacts.
  • •Design experiments (instrumentation, funnels, metrics) and own Amplitude implementation end to end.
  • •Collaborate across Growth surfaces—onboarding, activation, billing, import, and future experiments.
  • •Move at learning speed by shipping prototypes quickly, then standardizing and cleaning up after learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •React frontend experience, with exposure to other frontend frameworks like Vue, Svelte, or Solid.
  • •Design and run experiments: decide what to instrument, define funnels, and structure metrics for meaningful results.
  • •Experience with B2B experiment structure, including implementing in Amplitude.
  • •Have shipped LLM-backed features and can assess trustworthiness, failure modes, streamed responses, uncertain states, and agent-driven UIs.
  • •Use AI tools in your daily workflow to ship faster and reason through unfamiliar parts of the codebase.
