Drive product-led growth initiatives for TikTok Ads by supporting Senior Product Managers on strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, and user stories. Partner cross-functionally to design advertiser onboarding and activation journeys, define success metrics and A/B tests, and analyze funnel performance while coordinating delivery from the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Senior Product Managers on product strategies, roadmaps, PRDs, and user stories for advertiser onboarding, self-serve activation, and SMB advertiser success.
•Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer interviews, surveys, and user behavior analysis to identify pain points and data-driven personalization opportunities.
•Partner with UX/UI Designers, Engineering, and Data Science to design and deliver advertiser journeys, including AI-powered onboarding and guidance.
•Assist in defining success metrics, designing A/B tests, and analyzing funnel performance to improve acquisition and growth outcomes.
•Manage the product backlog, track execution progress, and coordinate feature delivery to ensure timely launches and clear stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or Data Science with an interest in product-led growth and digital advertising.
•Prior internship/project experience in Product Development, Strategy, Data Analytics, Growth, Consulting, or a technical/product-adjacent role is preferred.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to synthesize insights and communicate complex product, data, or AI/LLM concepts to cross-functional partners.
•Proactive self-starter with analytical thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous business/user problems into clear hypotheses and measurable plans.
•Passionate about TikTok and helping small businesses grow through intuitive, scalable, AI-driven advertising products.
