Key Responsibilities

  • •Suggestively sell Pepperidge Farm products using procedures for handling and the “Behind-the-Counter-Special.”
  • •Follow the customer service process by engaging customers and offering products; provide outstanding customer service.
  • •Maintain merchandising excellence by keeping products properly placed, neat, and marked/priced using the Red-Black-Blue strategy.
  • •Perform store operations: protect company assets with security, cash handling, record keeping, and loss prevention.
  • •Handle store opening/closing activities, including operating the cash register and completing receiving/rotating/stocking tasks.

Key Requirements
