Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction across the team and enterprise to drive talent transformation initiatives.
  • •Design and implement an integrated governance and succession planning framework for critical role identification, talent pools, leadership continuity, and organizational resilience.
  • •Lead enterprise workforce assessments and align future talent needs with organizational capabilities and KPIs.
  • •Lead enterprise performance management, including review cycles, calibration processes, and integration of performance data into succession and talent decisions.
  • •Provide strategic direction for BRGs, executive talent assessment, and leadership pipeline development/internal mobility in partnership with HR and senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence senior leadership.
  • •Advanced skills in talent analytics, HR technology, and emerging workforce planning tools, translating business goals into actionable talent strategies.
