Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site supervision of construction work, labor, materials, and equipment movement/distribution to keep projects within cost and budget.
  • •Maintain acceptable quality of works, minimize reworks, and reduce rework percentage to 0% while meeting company standards.
  • •Monitor and control latest valid IFC drawings and coordinate activities as built for major elements of work.
  • •Ensure construction works are achieved according to approved shop drawings, method statement, and behavior-based safety (BBS), completed on or before scheduled dates.
  • •Enforce safety procedures: ensure supervised workers comply during work hours, report risks to the site engineer, and support zero loss time incidents (LTIs).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and approved Shop Drawings/method statements.
  • •Strong understanding of project and company safety programs, including occupational health and safety and environmental policies.
  • •Ability to monitor and control issued for construction (IFC) drawings and coordinate activities as built for major work elements.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills to be successful in the role.
