Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver sustainable, people-centred change approaches including change plans, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
  • •Use recognised change models (e.g., Prosci ADKAR and Kotter) to build commitment and embed new ways of working for lasting impact.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop junior colleagues; advise senior clients and contribute to bids, proposals, and market-facing thought leadership.
