•Lead and develop engineering managers and senior engineers with clear ownership, operating rhythms, and growth paths.
•Deliver complex distributed systems with high quality, balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and long-term health.
•Partner with Product, Research, Security, and executives to align roadmap priorities, technical investments, and customer outcomes.
•Raise the bar on architecture, observability, operational excellence, and developer productivity across your area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 218,000 - 262,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A track record of improving execution through better engineering metrics, process discipline, and organizational design.
