Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and Service Catalog based on business requirements.
  • •Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow platform elements.
  • •Develop and maintain scripts, integrations, and APIs to extend ServiceNow functionality and integrate with other systems.
  • •Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using ServiceNow capabilities.
  • •Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform and produce detailed technical documentation and specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science, with 1+ year experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or consultant.
  • •Understand ITIL processes and IT service management concepts.
  • •Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages including JavaScript and GlideScript, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • •Have ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, Certified Application Developer, or CIS in relevant modules.
  • •Experience integrating with REST and SOAP APIs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
