Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate mechanical design activities across all project stages, from concept through construction support.
  • •Review mechanical design submissions (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, specialized systems), including technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and BIM models.
  • •Ensure mechanical solutions meet project briefs, performance requirements, lifecycle expectations, regulations, standards, and company design guidelines.
  • •Manage and coordinate external design consultants, monitoring timely implementation and closure of technical comments and recommendations.
  • •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated MEP solutions, support BIM clash resolution, and propose value engineering and risk mitigation recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree an advantage).
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical or MEP design.
  • •Proven experience reviewing design documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
  • •Experience working on developer-side, client-side, or reputable engineering consultancy firms.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and related mechanical systems, including BIM coordination experience.
