Key Responsibilities

•Deliver Workday Extend consulting solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams for a diverse client base.
•Develop innovative solutions to address complex business and technical challenges across multiple industries.
•Translate business and technical requirements into design, build, and technical documentation.
•Apply Workday Extend capabilities (including data modeling and query/reporting tools) to implement client needs.
•Support client and team collaboration through clear communication, and train/mentor others as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on experience developing Workday Extend applications using 2–3 of PMD Scripting, Orchestration, Model Components, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, or XSLT.
•Strong understanding of Workday data modeling, including model objects, model business processes, and related components.
•In-depth knowledge of WQL, GraphQL, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) within Workday applications.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to quickly establish trust and collaborate with clients and team members.
•Ability to train, mentor, and support professional development across technical and project delivery dimensions.
