Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and redline MOUs, NDAs, and NCNDAs, including commission share agreements and sale and purchase agreement documentation.
  • •Support drafting/review of SPAs and related transactional documentation, including RERA-prescribed contract templates.
  • •Provide litigation support by preparing pleadings, evidence bundles, and court filings for matters before Dubai Courts and the Rental Disputes Centre (RDC).
  • •Liaise with external counsel and track case status, deadlines, and hearing dates; prepare case summaries, legal memoranda, and status reports.
  • •Assist with regulatory compliance support, including RERA/DLD/Trakheesi filings, AML/DNFBP record-keeping, complaint responses, and maintain organized legal records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in UAE real estate, brokerage, or property development.
  • •Experience drafting MOUs, NDAs, and Commission Share Agreements.
  • •Working familiarity with SPA structures and UAE real estate transactional documentation.
  • •Exposure to Dubai/Federal Courts and/or RDC proceedings; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English strongly preferred.
