Health and Well-being Benefits Manager

Implement and manage employee health & welfare benefits and well-being programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. Lead initiatives covering mental health, physical and financial wellness, and work-life balance, including oversight of key benefits vendors. Serve as the primary Tier 3 contact for benefits inquiries, analyze utilization data to drive improvements, and run end-to-end annual enrollment with cross-functional stakeholders.
