Job Summary

Lead the Fraud, Trust & Safety, and Integrity product team for Deliveroo’s international marketplace. Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap across EMEA, driving global fraud-fighting convergence with unified risk signals, detection infrastructure, and response tooling. Build metrics and ROI models, and partner across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering while managing and coaching product managers.

•Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for fraud, trust & safety, and integrity across international markets, balancing global consistency with local regulatory and payment nuances.
•Drive convergence of global fraud-fighting efforts by partnering with US counterparts to unify risk signals, detection infrastructure, and response tooling.
•Represent international market priorities in global decision-making and ensure regional nuances are reflected in global strategy.
•Establish metrics, instrumentation, and monitoring to maintain visibility into fraud performance across markets and proactively prioritize investments.
•Build, manage, and coach a high-performing team of product managers, and partner cross-functionally to translate complex market risks into product requirements and business cases.

•Proven experience scaling product organisations with significant product management experience in the tech sector.
•Demonstrated people management experience building, hiring, and coaching product manager teams.
•Deep domain expertise in fraud, trust & safety, or integrity (e.g., payments fraud, account takeover, abuse prevention, identity verification).
•Experience applying AI/ML models to fraud detection and prevention, partnering with Data Science and Engineering.
•Experience operating across multiple international markets with understanding of regional regulatory and payment variations.
