Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, qualify, and sustain inspection and application solutions for DRAM NPI and high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Enable robust inline monitoring strategies to support defect detection, yield learning, and early issue identification.
  • •Analyze manufacturing, inspection, and yield data to identify trends, gaps, and potential yield limiters.
  • •Support root cause investigations for yield excursions and process instabilities using data-driven structured problem solving.
  • •Support technology transfers and new product ramps by ensuring inspection readiness and monitoring coverage, and evaluate new tools and methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field (e.g., Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics).
  • •Strong engineering fundamentals and willingness to continuously learn and explore new technologies and methodologies.
  • •Data-driven, experimental problem-solving mindset with hands-on investigation to tackle complex yield and manufacturing challenges.
  • •Demonstrated curiosity and innovation-driven mindset to propose new ideas and challenge existing practices.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced manufacturing and NPI environment.
