Provide LATAM-wide legal support with a focus on regulatory analysis and legal research, including consumer protection, labor law, advertising, and administrative law. Monitor legislative changes, draft legal memos, assess legal risks, and translate findings into practical business and product recommendations. Support advertising compliance, review draft bills, handle user claims and administrative procedures (e.g., INDECOPI), and coordinate contract drafting and negotiations across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal support to multiple internal stakeholders (Business, Marketing, GR, Tax, Data Privacy) daily.
•Review and advise on advertising materials and promotional campaigns for legal compliance.
•Conduct legal research on LATAM regulations, monitor legislative changes, and draft legal memos.
•Support contractual work by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for key partnerships.
•Handle user claims and administrative procedures with authorities (e.g., INDECOPI) and prepare compliance checklists to implement required legal adjustments.

Key Requirements

•Either (a) 4 years at a law firm providing legal guidance to clients in the IT business, ride-hailing, delivery platforms, marketplaces, or any digital platform, or (b) 5 years as an in-house lawyer at a tech or startup company.
•Strong experience in civil law, media/marketing/advertising regulation, consumer protection regulation, pre-litigation claims resolution, labor law, and commercial law/contracts.
•Plus one or more: experience with ride-hailing/mobility platforms (TNCs), technology-driven companies, delivery/last-mile logistics platforms, digital marketplaces/two-sided platforms, or technology-enabled channels.
•Experience in data protection, intellectual property, or antitrust is a plus.
•English language proficiency required.
