•Establish program governance and lead delivery quality assurance to ensure quality artifacts and deliverables.
•Oversee a portfolio of projects and lead project managers to deliver on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
•Establish and manage RAID, change control, and communicate status to customers and Dell Technologies leadership.
•Serve as a single point of contact for executive/management communication across programs and projects and coordinate communications with stakeholders.
•Lead and manage the Program Office for Dell Technologies’ largest customers, providing feedback and coaching to team members.

Key Requirements

•Mastery of program and project delivery methods.
•Proven track record leading complex IT services delivery programs (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-project, multi-year).
•Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment, managing regionally distributed groups and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
•Experience leading internal and external thought leadership.
•Polish and English communication skills, with travel during delivery ramps.
