Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • •Manage project outcomes by controlling scope, schedule, budget, and change management activities.
  • •Create and maintain project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategies.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and partners to meet project objectives and maintain collaboration.
  • •Serve as a key client point of contact and proactively communicate throughout delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 7 years of progressive experience in project coordination or project management in consulting, engineering, environmental, or professional services environments.
  • •Demonstrated expertise managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholders.
  • •Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, project controls, and performance reporting.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with technical specialists and project stakeholders.
  • •PMP certification (or progress toward certification) and proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera (Oracle or comparable systems).
