  • •Champion positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist store departments (POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations) to create a seamless shopping experience.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Adhere to Crocs policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and perform physical demands (moving merchandise, standing/walking up to 8 hours per shift).
  • •Ability to read and comprehend instructions and input information into computer/register screens.
