Key Responsibilities

  • •Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposit, and IRA accounts; handle safe deposit box-related services.
  • •Renew time deposits and assist clients with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution.
  • •Present and explain bank products and services, profiling clients and cross-selling to meet sales production goals.
  • •Resolve client requests promptly, courteously, and professionally while maintaining customer privacy.

  • •Understanding when to use DocuSign, and completing customer file maintenance (including clear DDA exceptions and denial/fraud-related items).
