Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ground and facilities through debris pickup, landscaping, mowing, and carpentry and light bulb replacement.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and minor construction for buildings and utilities.
  • •Maintain tool crib inventory and manage parts/tools and third-party repair requests, coordinating with purchasing.
  • •Operate heavy equipment and use proper Lock-Out Tag-Out processes to support a safe working environment.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve incoming problems, communicate with leadership, and keep the workplace organized.

Key Requirements
