Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement scalable workflows to track and manage implementation projects for onboarding institutional clients.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project delivery plans and status reports for business leadership with visibility into timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • •Serve as the primary client point of contact across the business lifecycle, building trusted relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • •Conduct discovery sessions to capture requirements and deliver a high-quality client experience.
  • •Monitor active projects for emerging risks, proactively escalate issues to risk owners, and drive timely resolution to protect timelines and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Proven experience in IT project management or a comparable role in a technology-driven environment.

  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data, metrics, and reporting to support assumptions and recommendations.
