Job Summary

Deliver a world-class daily office experience for high-end standards across the workplace. Own hospitality touchpoints like ambiance, housekeeping, snacking, and sensory details; run inspections and audits; and lead improvement projects from proposal (specs, budget, timeline) through execution and handover. Serve as operational point of contact for vendors, enforce SLAs, maintain delivery logs, and provide weekly visibility with the Workplace Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and continuously elevate office sensory touchpoints including ambiance, music, scents, lighting, and food/drink presentation.
•Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and trigger corrective actions promptly.
•Define and enforce hotel-grade housekeeping standards, run audits, and mobilize resources for urgent interventions.
•Plan and manage improvement projects end-to-end, from structured proposals to Workplace Manager validation and handover.
•Manage vendor relations and delivery tracking: enforce SLAs, quality-check deliverables, and maintain an up-to-date log with weekly visibility.
