Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute trade marketing strategy that influences touchpoints from luxury (Dacor) and premium (Samsung) trade path to purchase.
  • •Oversee trade representative capability to nurture trade relationships and drive brand advocacy and showroom traffic.
  • •Manage Dacor branded showroom strategy, operations, budget management, and execution, directly managing a showroom team of six.
  • •Create and optimize organic and event showroom traffic drivers (e.g., demonstrations, CEUs, large-scale events) and improve in-showroom and post-showroom experience.
  • •Build KPI scorecards, draw insights from learning, and present results to executive leadership; actively represent the brand in trade associations and networking events.
